Project Overview

We transformed a 3,200 sq ft 10th-floor terrace into a functional green retreat. As a complete turnkey solution, our in-house architect designed the entire space while our team executed civil modifications, flooring, painting, electrical work, plumbing, and comprehensive landscaping.

Working within a limited budget, we created an inviting rooftop garden that maximizes space and brings nature to urban living without compromising on quality or aesthetics.

The Challenge

  • Limited budget constraints
  • Structural weight limitations
  • Drainage planning post-waterproofing completion

Our Solution

Leveraging our construction industry expertise, we sourced quality materials at competitive prices and mobilized our experienced workforce to complete the project even during monsoon conditions.

To address structural concerns, we eliminated soil-based plantation entirely. All greenery utilizes lightweight planters with a specialized combination of cocopeat soil, drain cells, and geotextile fabric ensuring zero additional load on the building.

Key Features

  • Drip irrigation system for water conservation and easy maintenance
  • Screening plants including Foxtail Palm, Red Machera, and Golden Cypress (4-5 ft height) for privacy and shade
  • Artificial lawn for low-maintenance greenery
  • Kotah stone and mixed-color pebbles for enhanced aesthetics
  • Pantry area with proper drainage for catering events
