Project Overview

We developed a 6,000 sq ft garden on the 4th-floor podium level of this residential building. Working alongside the client’s architect, we executed the landscape design with precision—following provided drawings, specifications, and plant selections.

Our scope included complete supply and installation of soil and plants, ensuring all materials met quality standards and aligned perfectly with the architectural vision. The result is a seamlessly executed podium garden delivered efficiently and professionally.

The Challenge

  • Transportation of approximately 25 brass of soil to the 4th-floor podium without lift access

Our Solution

Through meticulous planning, we coordinated manual transport from ground level to the 4th-floor podium. We mobilized 10-15 laborers daily over 5 days to complete the task. While labor-intensive and costly, strategic planning ensured successful execution with no alternatives available.

Key Features

  • Drip irrigation system for efficient water management and low maintenance
  • Curated plant selection including Croton, Heliconia, Gardenia, Xanadu, and Bougainvillea (1-3 ft height as per design specifications)
  • Natural lawn with integrated drainage system
